Withdrawal, cancellations and returns

Use this page to request cancellation of an order that has not yet been prepared or shipped, or to exercise your right of withdrawal for a return.

Important: F&P GRIP is a consumable cosmetic product for hands and body and is supplied with a security seal. If the seal has been removed or broken after delivery, the product cannot be returned due to change of mind for health and hygiene reasons.
15 calendar days
F&P GRIP voluntarily allows 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to communicate a return request.
Seal intact
For a voluntary return, the security seal must remain intact and the product must not have been used.
Return shipping
For voluntary returns, the customer bears the direct cost of return transport.

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet been prepared, processed or shipped, you may request cancellation using the form below.

Whether cancellation is still possible will depend on the actual status of the order when we receive your request.

Once the order has been prepared for dispatch, processed or handed over to the carrier, the shipment can no longer be cancelled. This does not remove your right of withdrawal where legally applicable.

Request cancellation or return

Complete the following information so we can identify your order correctly.

Security seal: voluntary returns are only possible if the product remains unopened, unused and with the original security seal intact. This does not limit your rights in case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product.

Submitting this request does not automatically cancel the order. We will review its status and reply by email.

Important conditions

  • For voluntary returns, the product must remain sealed, unopened and unused.
  • Opening the outer shipping box does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal.
  • The decisive point is that the security seal on the F&P GRIP container remains intact.
  • If the seal has been broken or removed after delivery, the product cannot be returned due to change of mind for health and hygiene reasons.
  • This exclusion does not affect your rights in case of defect, damage, incorrect product or lack of conformity.
