Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

Most F&P GRIP orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Rubí, Barcelona, Spain.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order before 1:30 p.m. and the product is available in stock, we will try to prepare and ship it on the same day. Orders placed after 1:30 p.m., during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, public holidays or logistics incidents, preparation time may be slightly extended.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders shipped to mainland Spain, the delivery time is usually approximately 24 business hours from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, depending on the town, postcode, delivery route and the transport company’s operations.

This timeframe is indicative and does not constitute an exact delivery guarantee, as delays may occur due to logistics reasons, local holidays, transport incidents, address errors, absence of the recipient or circumstances beyond F&P GRIP’s control.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international destinations, delivery times and conditions may vary. In these cases, we recommend contacting us in advance at grip@fpgrip.com.

Which transport company do we use?

We work with different national transport companies depending on the destination, volume, weight, service availability and characteristics of the order.

The transport company will be selected based on the best available option to deliver the order quickly and safely.

Once the order has been prepared and shipped, the customer will receive the corresponding tracking information whenever the carrier provides it.

Transport conditions

At F&P GRIP, we do everything possible to ensure that orders are correctly prepared and shipped within the indicated timeframes. However, delivery times also depend on the actual operations of the transport company.

Shipments to mainland Spain are usually delivered in approximately 24 business hours, depending on the town and postcode. In some areas, remote locations, special routes or postcodes with less frequent delivery service, delivery may take longer.

Standard shipments and deliveries are not carried out on weekends or public holidays, unless the carrier expressly offers a special service and this service has been contracted.

Delays may occur due to logistics incidents, national or local holidays, weather conditions, operational errors, absence of the recipient, incorrect delivery details or force majeure circumstances.

For this reason, the indicated timeframes are always approximate and should be understood as an estimate, not as an exact delivery guarantee.

Checking your order upon delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging shows signs of impact, breakage, visible tampering, moisture or missing contents, this must be reported to F&P GRIP as soon as possible by writing to grip@fpgrip.com and attaching photographs of the parcel and the product received.
