Welcome to F&P GRIP. These terms and conditions govern access to, browsing and use of this website, as well as the purchase of F&P GRIP products through our online store.
By accessing this website, browsing it or making a purchase, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as by the additional policies published on the website, including the privacy policy, cookie policy, shipping policy and exchanges, returns and refunds policy.

This website is operated by VIVE POLE S.L. under the F&P GRIP brand. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “F&P GRIP” refer to VIVE POLE S.L. as the party responsible for the product and the commercial activity linked to this brand.
F&P GRIP offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available to the user, subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms by publishing the updated version on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to review this section periodically. Continued use of the website after changes have been published implies acceptance of those changes.

6. F&P GRIP products
F&P GRIP is a consumable product for sports and body use, intended to improve grip during pole dance practice or other activities compatible with its use.
The user undertakes to use the product responsibly, following the instructions, recommendations and warnings indicated by F&P GRIP.
We do not guarantee that the product is suitable for all users, surfaces, skin conditions, sweat levels or usage contexts. The experience may vary depending on personal, environmental and technical factors.
The product must be stored correctly, avoiding excessive exposure to heat, humidity, dirt, external contamination or conditions that may alter its condition.
F&P GRIP is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use, improper storage, improper application, handling after delivery or use other than recommended.
7. Consumable product, hygiene and traceability
As this is a consumable product for sports and body use, special return conditions apply for hygiene, safety and traceability reasons.
Exchanges, returns or refunds are not accepted for products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested or handled, except in cases of defective product, shipping error or duly proven lack of conformity.
This condition applies even if the product has only been used once or if the container still retains part of its contents.
Once opened or used, the product cannot be placed back on sale or guaranteed as a new, safe and intact product for another customer.
8. Prices and modifications
Product prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed during the purchase process before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, products or services at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed, except in cases of obvious error in the price or essential product information.
Any promotion, discount or campaign may be subject to specific conditions, validity dates, unit limits or stock availability.
9. Orders
By placing an order, the user declares that all information provided is true, complete and up to date.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders when there are errors in purchase information, lack of availability, payment issues, suspicion of fraud, abusive use of promotions, unauthorized resale activity or breach of these terms.
In the event of modification or cancellation of an order, we will try to contact the customer using the email or phone number provided during the purchase.
Automatic order confirmation does not necessarily imply final acceptance if a stock, price, address, payment or other relevant issue is subsequently detected.
10. Billing and account information
The user undertakes to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, shipping and billing information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly review the details before confirming the order. F&P GRIP is not responsible for delays, losses or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses or details wrongly provided by the customer.
If the user creates an account in the store, they will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.
11. Payments
The available payment methods will be displayed during the purchase process.
Payment must be completed correctly for the order to be processed. If payment is rejected, incomplete or marked as suspicious by the payment provider, the order may remain pending, be cancelled or be subject to additional verification.
F&P GRIP does not directly store full bank card details. Payments are managed through secure external providers integrated into the online sales platform.
12. Shipping and deliveries
Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates and may vary due to logistics reasons, order volume, public holidays, transport issues, address errors or circumstances beyond F&P GRIP’s control.
The customer must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging shows signs of impact, breakage, visible tampering, moisture or missing contents, this must be reported to grip@fpgrip.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt.
After this period, the order will be considered to have been received correctly, except for internal defects or lack of conformity not visible at the time of delivery.
13. Exchanges, returns and refunds
Exchanges, returns and refunds are governed by our F&P GRIP exchanges, returns and refunds policy, published on the website.
As a general rule, the customer may request a return within the period indicated in that policy, provided that the product is unopened, unused, unhandled and has its original seal intact.
Before sending any product, prior authorization must be requested by writing to grip@fpgrip.com.
Products sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, nor will products that have been opened, used, unsealed or handled, except in cases of defect, shipping error or duly proven lack of conformity.
14. Right of withdrawal
When the user acts as a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the time limits established by applicable regulations.
However, as this is a consumable product for body use, the right of withdrawal will not apply when the product has been opened, unsealed, used, tested or handled for hygiene, safety and traceability reasons, except in cases of defect or lack of conformity.
To exercise any request related to withdrawal, the customer must first contact grip@fpgrip.com.
15. Defective product or lack of conformity
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, incorrect product or a product with a possible lack of conformity, they must notify F&P GRIP by writing to grip@fpgrip.com and including the order number, description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed, F&P GRIP may offer the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable regulations: replacement, reshipment, refund or equivalent solution.
Product wear, misuse, improper storage, exposure to heat or humidity, external contamination, incorrect application, use other than recommended or handling after delivery will not be considered a product defect.
16. Promotions, discounts and offers
Promotions, discounts, promotional codes and offers will be subject to their own conditions, availability and validity dates.
F&P GRIP reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions when errors, abuse, fraudulent use or circumstances justifying such action are detected.
Products purchased with a discount or promotion will be subject to the same exchanges, returns and refunds policy as all other products, unless a special condition is expressly stated.
