F&P GRIP exchanges, returns and refunds policy

At F&P GRIP, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. This policy sets out the terms and conditions for exchanges, returns and refunds applicable to F&P GRIP products, sold under the responsibility of VIVE POLE S.L.

We offer the possibility to request exchanges or returns within 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the product meets the conditions stated below.

Important: before sending back any product, prior authorization must be requested by email at grip@fpgrip.com. Exchanges, returns or refunds will not be accepted for products sent without prior authorization.

Return shipping cost: paid by the customer, except in cases of error, defect or lack of conformity attributable to F&P GRIP.
Consumable product: if the product has been opened, unsealed, handled or used, it cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene, safety and traceability reasons.

How to request an exchange or return

Write to us at grip@fpgrip.com before sending the product.

Include your order number, full name, purchase email, product purchased and reason for the request.

Attach photographs of the product, container, seal and packaging if requested by our support team.

Once the request has been reviewed, we will confirm whether an exchange, return, replacement or refund is applicable.

If the return is authorized, you must send the product properly protected to the address indicated by our team.

When we receive the parcel, we will check the condition of the item and process the agreed solution.

Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

It must be unopened, unused and unhandled.

It must keep its original seal intact.

It must be in the same condition in which it was received.

It must include the original packaging, labels, instructions and any item included in the order.

It must be sent properly protected to prevent damage during transport.

It must include the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

F&P GRIP reserves the right to refuse a return if the product arrives opened, used, damaged, incomplete, unsealed, with signs of handling or in a condition unsuitable for inspection and subsequent resale.

Opened, used or handled products

F&P GRIP is a consumable product for sports and body use. For hygiene, safety, traceability and quality control reasons, exchanges, returns or refunds are not accepted for products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested or handled.

This condition applies even if the product has only been used once or if the container still retains part of its contents.

Once opened or used, the product cannot be placed back on sale or guaranteed as a new, safe and intact product for another customer.

This limitation does not affect the consumer’s legal rights in the event of a defective product, shipping error or duly proven lack of conformity.

Defective, damaged or incorrect product

If you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transport or a product different from the one ordered, you must contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order by writing to grip@fpgrip.com.

In order to review the issue, it will be necessary to provide:

Order number.

Photographs of the product received.

Photographs of the outer packaging.

Photographs of the seal, label or batch number, if applicable.

A clear description of the issue.

Once the information has been reviewed, F&P GRIP may offer, as applicable, a replacement, reshipment, refund or equivalent solution.

Product wear, misuse, improper storage, exposure to heat, humidity, external contamination, use other than recommended or handling after delivery will not be considered a product defect.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another refund method is expressly agreed.

The refund will be issued within up to 14 calendar days from approval of the return. The time it takes for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error, defect or lack of conformity attributable to F&P GRIP.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer when the return is requested due to withdrawal, change of mind or purchase error.

The product must be sent properly protected to prevent damage during transport.

F&P GRIP is not responsible for loss, delays or damage caused during return shipping arranged directly by the customer.

In the event of a defective product, shipping error or confirmed lack of conformity, F&P GRIP will assume the corresponding solution in accordance with applicable regulations.

Do not send any product without prior authorization. Parcels sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Orders with promotions, discounts or special offers

Products purchased with a discount, promotion or special campaign may only be returned if they meet all general return conditions: unopened product, unused, with intact seal and within the stated period.

If the product is opened, unsealed, used or handled, the return will not be accepted, whether it was purchased at full price, with a discount or as part of a promotion.

Issues upon receipt of the order

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the parcel shows signs of impact, breakage, visible tampering, moisture or missing contents, this must be reported to F&P GRIP within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt.

After this period, the order will be considered to have been received correctly, except for internal defects or lack of conformity not visible at the time of delivery.
