F&P Grip Gel 100 ml – Dry Hands and Technical Grip

F&P Grip Gel is designed for damp or sweaty hands. It helps achieve a fast, dry, and controlled grip, ideal for workouts where every movement requires precision.

How to Use the Gel

Shake before use. Apply a small amount to clean, dry hands. Spread well and let dry for 5 to 15 seconds. Repeat if necessary.

 

Note: as it is a drying product, a slight white film may appear on some skin types. This is normal and easily wipes off the pole.

 

Gel Ingredients: Alcohol Denat, Aqua, Glycerin, Isododecane, Silica, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6, Benzalkonium Chloride, t-Butyl Alcohol, Parfum.

 

F&P Grip Spray 100 ml – Body, Adhesion, and Controlled Hydration

F&P Grip Spray is designed for body contact areas where you need more grip without drying out the skin. It's perfect for applying to shins, knee pits, inner thighs, waist, or sides.

Unlike the Gel, the Spray is not intended to dry hands, but to create a feeling of controlled body adhesion with a comfortable finish.

How to Use the Spray

Spray a small amount onto the desired area and let dry for a few seconds before training. Repeat as needed. Do not apply to hands.

Does the Gel leave hands white?

A slight white film may appear on some skin types, especially if you apply more than necessary. This is normal for drying products and easily wipes off the pole.

 

Is the Spray used on hands?

No. The Spray is designed for the body: knee pits, inner thighs, shins, waist, or contact areas. For hands, we recommend the Gel.

 

Does it work for chrome and stainless steel poles?

Yes. F&P Grip has been primarily tested on chrome and stainless steel poles. It can also be used on brass and powder-coated poles, adjusting the amount according to the surface.

 

Is it like chalk?

Not exactly. F&P Grip is designed as a more technical and sensory alternative: drying gel for hands and body spray for controlled adhesion.
